PacMan (Selfmade)

Creating the Pacman game was slightly more complicated than Breakout was. Some of the mechanics wouldn't work and kept crashing the game. This was mostly the sound, especially the chomping one. It seemed as though the sound was on a constant loop causing it to crash. However, removing the sound and adding a new one fixed it.

The Pacman moves in all directions (Left, right, up and down) and faces the way of which button is pressed on the keyboard. However the animation of the chomping stops once the Pacman begins moving. This is due to the gif image needing to stop for a few seconds. It is not a huge problem though.

At the start of the game Pacman has three lives. The player receives a message telling the player that they have lost, then the game will automatically restart. The player has three lives and once they all go down the game is over.

All moving objects bounce off of the walls when they hit, they will then return in the same direction as they came. This goes for the ghosts who will bounce back and forth at a speed of 1. When progressing to the next room the ghosts movement is much faster and the dots are placed in much more difficult places.

Pacman gains a point for every dot he eats. On the first room the point maximum is 25, on the second room the point maximum is 35, making the second room much more difficult than the first.

When the players has gained 25 on the first room, it will then go onto the next. After completing the next room the game will end with a message saying "You have won!".
The game has sound for when Pacman eats a dot and when he dies.
